current eating plan.
breakfast: usually oats. with apple, honey, berries or cinnamon. low gi, keeps me full. lunch: diet coke or a smoothie. i’m not usually hungry by this time. i feel bad if i eat and am not hungry. dinner: a small portion of whatever my mum has cooked. dessert: sometimes  5 cal jelly. or 86 cal diet choc moouse.   if i need a snack, i have jelly or moouse or a few crackers.  or i drink diet...

i have been counting calories for a few months...
at first i had an exact plan i followed. each day was planned and i knew exactly how many calories i was eating. after two weeks this got pretty boring and i knew well enough how many calories were in foods and what i was allowed and not allowed to eat. i took my calorie intake down from 1200 to 1000 after about a month. these days i don’t get hungry often and i need to loose weight fast.....

the first post: the post that hurts the most.
i looked at a photo of myself from christmas last year. and i instantly felt ill. why hadn’t anyone told me how fat i had gotten? i looked disgusting. fat arms stuck out from a thin strapped dress. yuck yuck yuck.  from that point on i decided i needed to loose weight. well, needless to say i am fairly lazy, and never really tried that hard to loose it. i dropped a few kilos just from...
