i looked at a photo of myself from christmas last year. and i instantly felt ill. why hadn’t anyone told me how fat i had gotten? i looked disgusting. fat arms stuck out from a thin strapped dress. yuck yuck yuck.
from that point on i decided i needed to loose weight. well, needless to say i am fairly lazy, and never really tried that hard to loose it. i dropped a few kilos just from stopping eating take out but that was about all i changed.
now, i am on a mission. i will be thin. i will be gorgeous. and i will get to 60kg, 132 lbs. i know that this weight still seems pretty big, but for my height this is still considered underweight. The healthy weight someone of my height and age should be 62kg.
posting foods, recipes, workouts and my intake here will hopefully keep me motivated, as i have a very unmotivated personality.
