i have been counting calories for a few months now..

at first i had an exact plan i followed. each day was planned and i knew exactly how many calories i was eating. after two weeks this got pretty boring and i knew well enough how many calories were in foods and what i was allowed and not allowed to eat. i took my calorie intake down from 1200 to 1000 after about a month.

these days i don’t get hungry often and i need to loose weight fast..
750 is currently my calorie intake. which i have been told will send my body in to starvation mode. to be honest, i haven’t gotten hungry, and if normal people don’t eat when they are not hungry, why should i? i don’t know. i just need to loose this, now.
