current eating plan.

breakfast:
usually oats.
with apple, honey, berries or cinnamon.
low gi, keeps me full.

lunch:
diet coke or a smoothie.
i’m not usually hungry by this time.
i feel bad if i eat and am not hungry.

dinner:
a small portion of whatever my mum has cooked.

dessert: sometimes 
5 cal jelly.
or 86 cal diet choc moouse.  

if i need a snack, i have jelly or moouse or a few crackers. 
or i drink diet coke or water really fast.
